Our Family Code is "Expectations - Execution - No Excuses". We will not be the same team on Friday as we were on Monday. It is expected that we'll get better every day by executing with no excuses. Our family code starts in the classroom as students, it continues onto the field as teammates and it follows us throughout the community as family. Together, this is where we stand!

Important Reminders:

All 10th-12th grade students who attended Chesapeake High School during the 4th quarter of the 2015-16 school year must be cleared to play football by Wednesday, August 10, 2016. A student-athlete is cleared when they submit the following items to Mr. McMillion, the Athletic Director.
    1. A report card from the 2015-16 school year that reflects 4th quarter grades of not more than 1 "E" and has an unweighted GPA of 2.0 or higher.
     2.  A current physical that is less than a year old that indicates that the student-athlete is cleared to play football. The physical form must possess a doctor's stamp and the doctor's signature on the form. This form must have the signatures of the student-athlete and their parent.
     3. A "Athletic Permit Form" . This form must have the signatures of the student-athlete and their parent. The student-athlete's health care insurance name and policy number must also be listed on the form.
    4. A Maryland State Department of Education "Concussion Awareness Form". This form must have the signatures of the student-athlete and their parent.

 No Exceptions! No Excuses!
